trail rides under the full flower moon

full supermoon, to be exact.  headed out at dusk, up the humber river and into the rapidly darkening woods for some super fun riding and walking.  heard a whip-poor-will and a great horned owl in the trees.  exhilaratingly clear skies yielded a celestial event that lived up to the hype.  stopped at a little patch of beach on the way home and watched the ghostly sailboats loll endlessly on the quiet lake.  pretty cool that this is all 15 minutes from my front door.  see you out there.

out of the city: the full buck moon, fires and magic hour
